About

Having recently completed Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), I aspire to continue broadening my knowledge in this field through clinical and research experiences. I hope to use my passion and knowledge to support the mental health and wellbeing of my local community, spreading awareness for healthy and happy living while reducing stigma against mental health.

    Currently providing admin and specialised research support to Monash University's Healthy Sleep Clinic. My administrative roles include assisting in sleep and circadian assessments in clinical care, administering research instruments (e.g., acti-watches, Luminettes), and responding to general/public inquiries regarding research at the clinic. My research roles include clinical data management via REDCap and data cleaning of the research instruments. My research and clinical experience are further enriched through attending fornightly multi-discipliniary team meetings with sleep clinicians and sleep psychologists to discuss clinical care of patients alongside attending monthly research meetings to discuss research activities within the clinic.
