Co-founder and inaugural director of interdisciplinary, cross-school initiative across the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Graduate School of Education focused on building pathways into good jobs for American workers without BAs. I launched the Project alongside Professors David Deming, Joseph Fuller, and Bob Schwartz, and built it from a nascent idea to a multi-million dollar initiative with a fully-fledged community now with a full-time research and policy team, visiting fellows, hundreds of alumni and past affiliates, 10,000+ social media and newsletter followers, and 25+ new research and practice partnerships across state and federal government, higher ed, business and the social sector. My work has been featured in the Economist, CNBC, CSPAN, Newsweek, the Boston Globe, NPR, and Bloomberg, among other sources.
