Lead the new product go-to-market and customer success: • Deliver technical assessment from pitch to lab trial. • Drive partner & customer success from lab trial to vertical field site deployment (smart X). Responsible for storage key account.
Lead the product journey from 0 to 1: • Collect product insights from focus group, early customer, competitor. • Scope the success factors in PRD (product requirement document). • Define MVP (minimal-viable-product) & run the agile method (Scrum). • Define product release criteria and manage the version control. • Launch product release and support sales/marketing campaign. Lead the product journey from 1 to N: •Enhance product security feature- 3GPP TS33 compliant via 3rd party lab. •Expand product ecosystem from UE IoT compatibility, O-RAN interoperability. •Priortize the feature pipelines from cusotmer insights for roadmap planning. •Collaborate with multiple function teams across cost analysis, supply chain, go-to-market, toalign with strategy, drive the execution and resolve the conflicts.
Project Management of CORD-Ready-POD & NGCO: • Deliver minimum viable product (MVP) for the disaggregated telco supply chain. • Demonstrate NFVI (OSP, K8S), VNF (vEPC, vBNG), MANO solution on QCT platform. • MVP launch in public trade show: CORD Build 2017 in US, NGCO Launch 2019 in US. Business Development in telco industry: • Evaluate open community (ONF, OTII, ORAN) and its potential tech/biz momentum. • Pitch to C-level executives (China/Taiwan telco & SI) for QCT NFV total solution. • Demonstrate QCT platform on ETSI-defined NFV/CUPS open architecture.
