I'm currently working as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. I have previously worked in prison education and abolition spaces in TN and California. My undergraduate degree is in Crime, Discrimination, and Poverty policy.
Carried out a grant administered to the Southern Higher Education in Prison Collective, carried out primary research on the best policies to support formerly and currently incarcerated communities, and researched and lobbied for policy proposals at the state and national level.
· Collaborated on a management consultant team for the creation of an operating model design and supported implementation. · Conducted research on a new innovation strategy, created concept maps for each stage of the new strategy.
