10+ billion dollar company that produces 50% of the flat rolled aluminum in the USA Process engineer intern in the finishing department, specifically on the coating line Initiated and created a presentation on how to safely take samples from each of the ~15 ton aluminum coils made on the coating line. This recommendation was shared and approved throughout other plants within the company network. Reviewed and modified Standard Operation Procedures for the coating line process which significantly improved worker productivity.
