The Retail Development Manager oversees the performance and strategic operations of the Business Development Centers (BDCs), ensuring seamless integration of people, processes, and technology. This role is responsible for maximizing lead conversion, strengthening customer engagement, and driving sales opportunities across all retail locations. A central focus of this position is the management and optimization of key digital platforms, including FOCUS CRM, Gubagoo, RITS, MiA, DealerFunnel, Auto iPacket, and vAuto. The Retail Development Manager develops and delivers training for BDC agents and sales staff, reinforcing best practices in CRM usage, digital workflows, and customer communication. In addition, this role supports Cross Store Sales, encouraging and enabling sales representatives to source and sell vehicles across group locations to fully leverage inventory. The position also manages the RITS Admin Console to ensure inbound calls are routed accurately to the right personnel or departments, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
