About

As a Learning Partner within the Student Achievement Workstream, I contribute to developing a cohesive system that is centred on enabling students to thrive academically and personally. My role focuses on enhancing teaching quality, student engagement, and learning outcomes across CSBB schools, with a particular emphasis on secondary literacy and assessment. I am committed to advancing educational improvement by supporting school leaders and teachers in alignment with the NSW Curriculum Reform. I am passionate about ensuring that every student has the right to a high-quality education, which begins with teachers who deeply understand the content, learning outcomes, and assessment standards. By supporting informed teacher judgements, I contribute to creating an image of each learner which empowers the teacher. My work includes building school-level capabilities that enable smooth transitions between educational stages, helping students seamlessly progress from primary to secondary levels. As a Catholic person in a Catholic environment, I support all students on their faith journey as they come to understand and develop the gifts they have been given.
