I am a graduate NUS Chemical Engineering student, who is very passionate about chemistry. My life goal is to dedicate myself to Research and Development, to establish an innovative technology or a holistic process system that boosts sustainability to the environment while supporting growth to the economy. As an individual who strives for new knowledge and skills frequently, I believe that this will provide me with unlimited opportunities to generate novel ideas and hone my skills to contribute to a more efficient society. In addition, I am constantly polishing my research skill by actively seeking laboratory research project opportunities. On the other hand, it is also important that a proper interpersonal skill is needed so that it would not hinder me and my team members progress.
- perform QC test such as HPLC, KF coulometric and dissolution test on finished drug product - perform calibration and preventative measures on lab equipment -Handles lab supports and consumable and lab housekeeping -Managed risk management, lab safety and chemical assessment.
• Manufactured metal fillers and polyurethane reins in lab-scale batches and prepared quality control samples for parameter studies • Facilited with other senior engineer staffs on quality-control tests and experiments such as conducted dolly test on a specially formulated coating • Supported supervisor’s project with coating of honeycomb substrates for parameter and specification studies • Documented all batch numbers of metal powder and other chemicals stored in laboratory with Microsoft Excel • Organized and transferred laboratory equipment from St Kinetics Integrated Engineering to DSO National Laboratories
• Manufactured about 30 batches of metal fillers in lab-scale using horizontal ball mill and PM400. • Conducted quality control test on metal fillers using SEM-EDX to check for particle size. • Participated in TechKnow fair of different divisions and Rubber Compounding Factory.
• Taking orders from customers and delivery of food • Prepare Special drinks for customers • Ensure supplies are stock up • Assisted in Wrap-up after operation hours
• Operated various analysis and data gathering on polymers such as tensile and FTIR in Quality Analysis and Research and Development Department. • Performed colour check test and inputted data into a system of coloured polymers in Colors Department. • Filed documents of customers purchases and supplies in the Customers Services Department
