Additional scope includes - Growth of Malaysia office by identifying, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training of Regional Consultants for Malaysia office. - In charge of all office and administrative matters related to Malaysia office/employees. - Performance management for Malaysia employees.
Engaged in end-to-end recruitment/sourcing activities within the IT Industry, focusing on Senior Management to C-Suite professionals. - Identifying and sourcing prospective candidates who would best fit each job and client requirements. - Conducting pre interview calls with prospective candidates from countries such as, but not limited to, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, US, UK, Australia and Europe. - Identify new and relevant opportunities for candidates, as well as maintaining relationships with them. - Managed teams, comprising of 1-4 individuals to ensure high quality profiles are delivered according to the proposed timeline. - Liaised with clients when submitting prospective candidates, interview scheduling as well as clarifying any questions or concerns they have regarding the candidate. - Handled offer negotiation, reference checks and document gathering.
