About

I partner with organisations to build the leadership capability, culture, and people infrastructure needed to grow — bringing a commercial perspective shaped by time spent outside of HR. Over 20 years of regional HR experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, I've worked closely with Regional Presidents, global VPs, and Managing Directors to connect people strategy with business priorities — spanning leadership pipeline development, succession planning, culture transformation, and organisational effectiveness. A defining part of my background is six years as Regional Director for APAC, India, and the Middle East at T.D. Williamson, where I held P&L and sales accountabilities across four business lines and led a regional performance turnaround. That experience continues to influence how I lead in HR — taking a business-first perspective and translating organisational priorities into impactful people strategies. Currently HR Director at Getinge, covering South Asia Pacific with a focus on Leadership & Culture Development. I'm experienced in Workday and SuccessFactors, hold an INSEAD Executive Master in Coaching & Consulting for Change, and am an ICF-certified coach. 📍 Based in Singapore | 📧 [email protected]
