Greeting and assisting guests with hotel accommodations, managing room reservations using Opera system, and addressing guest inquires and concerns efficiently to provide exceptional customer service.
Training and supporting team members and volunteers to ensure overall program success, coordinating vision screening appointments with childcare centers across the state of Alabama, and performing extensive reviews of vision screening results to maintain accuracy and satisfaction to those we serve.
My mission as an AmeriCorps member is to improve lives, strengthen communities, and foster civic engagement through service and volunteering. As a member, I continue to commit to weekly service in every aspect of current position and term. So far, I have completed two terms as a Community Engagement and Vision Screening specialist with Impact America.
