- Secured $84,000 from the Youth Opportunities Fund for a youth leadership conference that included workshops such as: resume writing, public speaking, poetry writing, and youth mental health - Hatched up workshop topics and details with my team, created budget proposals, conference schedules, and surveyed all participants after the event - Managed email communications with guest speakers and my team, scheduled meetings, recorded meeting minutes, and involved in the hiring process of new team members - Facilitated the event, and supported with the setting up and carrying out of the event on the day of
