After several years, I was appointed Product Manager and Business Line Manager for ORCA, one of the first Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in the Netherlands with integrated Data Quality capabilities. In this role, I led product strategy, go-to-market positioning, and multiple successful customer implementations. I later advanced to the role of Manager Professional Services, where I was responsible for the delivery organization, customer projects, consultant development, and operational performance of the services team. In 2009, ORCA was established as a spin-off under RiSource, where the solution continued to evolve and expand commercially under my leadership.
