I am currently the Senior Legal Director - Product, Privacy & IP - at MongoDB. My work here focuses on product licensing, open source issues, privacy and security, patents, trademarks, marketing and export controls. I also look after our AI governance lead and Legal Ops. Prior to that, I spent six years at law firms in NYC focused on complex patent litigation, strategic IP counseling, and technology transactions. I attended three bench trials and worked on appeals to the Federal Circuit and Supreme Court.
