- Implementing best practices in talent attraction and management (Recruitment tools: Greenhouse, Workable, Breezy, Kariyer.net) - Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of business positions (especially non-tech) - Acting as the single point of contact for hiring managers and candidates for responsible positions while working in close collaboration with HR Business Partners - Managing all the operational aspects of recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding including documentation, updating personal files, etc. - Planning, preparing and conducting analyzes, reports and presentations related to recruitment, talent and career management processes. - Analyzing sector developments, trends, and talent movements within the market - Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment Supporting digitalization projects of People and Culture.
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle and people processes from a high level perspective, including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, contract, grievances, talent development and offboarding. - Support the Talent Acquisition team with daily administrative tasks - Continuous one on one’s with all of the employees in order to track engagement, motivation and all other people topics. - Play an active role in enhancing the personal performance of staff, and work closely with managers during performance evaluation phase to identify top performers and those who need support. - Play an active role in onboarding employees and organizing their first week and first month at Getir. - Be the point of contact for all related People matters.
