About

I am a senior student in the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at Necmettin Erbakan University. I specialize in structural design and analysis, focusing particularly on launch pads. My primary goal is to go beyond existing launch systems by developing an innovative, efficient, and pioneering system. I aim to contribute to my country's progress in space technologies and lead the way toward the launch systems of the future.

As part of the "Lift-off Acoustics and Vibration Management: Optimization of Flame Deflector Design in Launchpads" program, I developed a Python-based acoustic power calculator utilizing the NASA SP-8072 Source Allocation Method and designed NASA-compliant launch pads based on VEGA vehicle parameters. By conducting Harmonic Response simulations on ANSYS to compare Single Deflector and Wedge Type configurations, I achieved a more than 3.5-fold reduction in G-load and a 78% improvement in vibration amplitude through strategic design optimization

I completed my internship in the field of Quality Management Systems, focusing on the AS9100 standard. I had the opportunity to participate as an observer in a second-party AS9100 audit. Within the production process, I was actively involved in incoming quality control, FAI and in-process inspections. As part of supplier management, I performed dimensional measurements and conformity assessments of outsourced products according to defined control criteria. I also worked with the ERP system and monitored the regular inspections of machines. This experience enabled me to gain a comprehensive understanding of quality management system practices and to actively support quality assurance activities within production processes.

During my internship, I used NX software to create technical drawings of automotive parts produced within the company and carried out redesigns of existing molds. I also prepared operation drawings for parts in the production process. By observing the production line control processes, I had the opportunity to closely understand the workflow between design and manufacturing.
