Use SAP to create work orders, and schedule their execution. I hold multiple meeting to ensure we are 1-working on the right things, 2-are completing what we need to in a timely manner. I also manage the RM/PM list ensuring that we stay current. I manage the long range shutdown plan to ensure that the unit accomplishes all that it needs to during the outage.
