• Identify and coordinate process improvement initiatives, optimise processes and the overall approach where necessary. • Coordinate budget relevant cross-Consumer Products & Services (CP&S) activities: - Purchasing/billing and spend optimisation for Amazon Web Services - Inter-company recharges - External resources tracking • Support portfolio management and post investment review activities across CP&S • Manage CP&S infrastructure demand process for TDO • Work with business units to develop standard operating procedures, documenting workflows and process steps. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with many stakeholders: CP&S community, Group Data Centre, Group Finance, commercial business units

Project supporter: The team is responsible for providing SAP solutions to every Allianz OEs: • Gathering orders and requirements from other OEs into the system • Update the services on the Share Point as a reference to other OEs when they need to find a suitable SAP sollution • Support manager in all projects management • Support Risk Management Report creation • Other Project and administration support
