    Contributed macroeconomic, political and sector analysis for a number of products in the fields of investment, public finance, and macroeconomics Led the costing and prioritization of the 2006/2010 poverty reduction programs of the Lao government and prepared the forecast for the Lao PDR “Medium Term Expenditure Framework 2006/10”. Elaborated the monitoring and evaluation system of the “Poverty Reduction Strategy Credit” 2006-2009, which delivered $33m of budget support up to that date.
