Prepare meals/sauces according to the recipe in a regular and consistent manner. Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line. Ensure that all food preparation is completed for the next shift. Ensure station breakdown is completed, area has been cleaned and all instruments/wares put away. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Developed and implemented a Quality and an AIB Program to ensure conformity of purchased material and final products to GFSI standards. Met with vendors, customers, quality representatives, and AEP personnel to discuss and resolve quality problems as required. Prepared for and represented AEP during AIB internal and external audits and/or assessments. Coordinated work group’s activities, quality training programs, and corrective/preventative actions. Prepared necessary reports as required by customers, staff personnel and management.
