I have learned all these skills working at Phil's Studio
I am in charge of the security and ticketing of the events, and take care of all emergencies when they emerge, I use my skills in communication, public speaking, resilience and first aid to help customers be safe.
I give orders to coworkers, event organisers and customers to ensure the event goes as smoothly as possible all while working in a staff position (bartender,security etc ...) . My goal is to achieve the best outcome possible, such as good ticket sales, ensuring customers to abide by the rules and safety of the crowd. My job is to take care of the space, cleaning, helping customers and making sure the workplace is a positive and friendly environment without drama or bypassing and bending rules.
Throughout my experience in the event and live music journey I have learnt from previous co-workers what it take to be a bartender, I learnt all there is to know in mixes, propotions, garnish and bar maintanence as well as customer to staff communication to encourage sales.
I have helped over 20+ students start their journey of musicality. I teach songs, professional technique, song composition, instrument care and fixing, gear usage and recommendation (different levels of complexity) and DAW software usage. All for low prices with high quality gear to encourage success. Some of my first students can already compose their own songs by themselves. I am a proud teacher.
