PhD student at the Climate Change Research Centre (CCRC), and affiliated with the 21st Century Weather ARC Centre of Excellence. Research focuses on the influence of the El Niño Southern Oscillation on the Australian weather patterns.
Contributed to the implementation of the Swiss drought monitoring network through data analysis and the installation of soil moisture sensors. Conducted quality control and developed testing protocols and thresholds for soil moisture and temperature data. Analysed sensor data to support the evaluation and validation of new monitoring stations.
Integrated into the Climate Variability Research Group at the Climate Change Research Centre (CCRC). Research focused on the interaction between climate variability, soil moistue and the Australian monsoon as part of my Master’s Thesis.
