About

I didn’t just “fall into” being an Executive Assistant, I grew into it. Over the last 6+ years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting senior executives and leading operations across manufacturing, healthcare, and edtech. Each role came with its own pace and pressure, but the common thread was this, leaders needed someone they could trust to create clarity, bring structure, and hold things steady when the pace got intense and that’s where I thrive. I’ve managed everything from recruitment cycles and team coordination, to complex calendars, high-stakes events, and people operations. Whether onsite or virtual, I show up with the same goal to keep my executive focused on what matters most because when they function at their highest level, everything else flows. But my work doesn’t end at the desk. I care about growth, mine and others’. That’s why I volunteer with WAVE, a non-profit focused on youth employability, where I mentor aspiring Executive Assistants. For me, it’s about sharing the mindset, tools, and lessons you won’t always find in a job description. Over the years, I’ve built a toolkit that includes Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Virdi Time & Attendance, Slack, DocuSign, Zoho, Notion, and Asana, Google Workspace etc. But more than tools, what I bring is perspective, every role I’ve stepped into, I’ve elevated not just by doing the job, but by reimagining how it could be done. I’m always open to new opportunities to grow, contribute, and partner with visionary leaders who want to stay in their zone of genius.
