- Lead and manage a recruitment team of 5 members (2 Seniors, 1 Middle, 1 Junior). Provide training, coaching, and regular performance feedback to enhance team capability and productivity. - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process — from verifying new job requisitions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Ensure consistent communication with both candidates and hiring managers to maintain a smooth and transparent hiring process. - Monitor recruitment metrics, track progress, and ensure the team meets hiring timelines and quality standards. - Continuously improve recruitment workflows and strategies to increase efficiency and candidate experience. - Conduct market research to identify and explore potential new hiring markets or talent pools for business expansion. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key company clients, acting as a strategic partner to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. - Mentor and motivate team members, fostering collaboration and a performance-driven culture within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Identify tech talents in the Vietnam market for various roles and positions, including their contact details. - Contact candidates using various channels (calling, LinkedIn, Zalo, Whatsapp, Skype, etc.) - Vet applicants and create shortlists of those to interview for clients - Communicate the benefits of being registered on the HeyDevs platform to IT candidates. - Follow up with candidates to keep the system up-to-date. • Sourcing and matching the best possible talent available • Managing and negotiating the offer process between clients and candidates • Networking across your industry of expertise to build solid market knowledge • Developing new business relationships with multinational clients
Work closely with the Head of Development, and hiring managers to build our teams by identifying the requirement, attracting, and hiring the production team in Vietnam Centre - Plan and execute recruiting strategies to find great talent for a variety of positions such as Software Engineer, .NET, Business Analyst, UI/UX Designer, QA, and Non-tech positions. - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from approaching candidates, culture fit interviewing, scheduling technical interviews, managing tests, dealing the offer, and onboarding to offboarding
- Conduct research and use various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, such as resume databases, social media, networking, and other online platforms - Review and screen candidate resumes to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions - Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies - Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with candidates - Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruiting activities to build relationships with potential candidates - Provide recommendations for improving sourcing processes and strategies based on industry trends and best practices - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and sourcing activities

Primary objective: assisting the company’s clients in searching for any candidate profiles matching with jobs’ requirements from online data sources and support them in building their internal data banks. - Understanding client requirements and sourcing the suitable candidates for different positions. - Searching & Short-listing the candidates as per client’s requirements via job-boards, social networking sites (linkedin.com). - Screening and short-listing CV’s base on the remit provided. - Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission. - Submitting complete profile to Team Leader within given time. - Getting new updating or tips from seniors or higher position regarding tough requirements. - Doing some project tasks such as: doing career market research, building customer database, etc. - Other duties assigned by Team Leader and Sourcing Manager.
