Owner Engineer Team leader for Tra Vinh Wind Farm project located in near shore of Duyen Hai Town - Tra vinh Provice. Project invested by CFO and ST with 48MW with 12 offshore WTGs; 4km link bridge and 21km Transmission line high voltages 110Kv undertaken by Vestas as the EPC contractor.

Royal Haskoning DHV has been appointed the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management services for a new Fermentation Tanks, RC yards for Empty bottles, production store, asphalts road and, water drainage. I am the Resident Engineer for Soil investigation, field testing, and topographic survey for Engineering scope, tender document preparation, Site management for Piling works, PDA and static load test, overall civil works included M&E works comprised of process buildings, tank farm, pipe bridges, Spent KG, facility buildings, brew house and cooling tower, this scope I am responsible for Quality supervision, review and comment to give out optimal construction method for saving cost to the Employer. Control the procurement schedule including site progress and safety, check and verify the progress quantities and payment to the contractors.
Damen - Song cam shipyard Project Phase 1 /Resident Engineer for this FIDIC Red Book, responsible for contract administration and engineering supervision of the site works undertaken by contractors. The project comprises: Onshore works 29 ha: driving for 2563 piles of complex complex Shipyards. Marine work 13 ha: Dredging more than 1 million cubic meter, revertment with stone 10-60kg, 100m long shiplift, 46m long cleaning platform.
Gemalink International Container Terminal Site Engineer for this EPC contract undertaken by a JV of Korean contractors to create a terminal designed to accommodate future generations of container vessels up to 200,000 dwt. The project comprises: • Shore works: Land reclamation, ground improvement and erosion protection of a 33Ha area of former mangrove over 40m of soft clays using prefabricated vertical drains plus surcharge and the Menard vacuum technique (sand filling 3 million m3, total PVD quantity 11 million m, rock works for erosion protection 100,000m3). • Marine works: An 800m long offshore suspended deck quay structure with 3 approach bridges formed by a combination of precast and in-situ concrete works (total area 59,000m2 on some 1,966 piles, concrete spun vertical piles and steel raking piles). Primarily responsible for supervision of all aspects of the reclamation and soil improvement works and, thereafter, rock works, piling and concrete construction reporting directly to the Senior Resident Engineer.
