Principal Machine Learning Engineer leading the machine learning team at Formbay (https://formbay.com). Implemented antifraud systems for Formbay's Solar Trading Credit system using photographic evidence classification. This mean building big data pipelines processing multi-TiB worth of user-provided and aerial/satellite photographic data, and the application of convolutional neural networks (Resnet, Mask R-CNN, Unary Classification) to classify, segment and detect objects in images. Photographic analysis was combined with multi-modal data processing involving document form extraction, and geographic information systems. We designed and built custom hybrid-cloud GPU-farm and networked storage architecture to aid in processing all of this information, this meant using both AWS and co-located servers with off-the-shelf GPUs.
