- Maintained customer relation management (CRM) system used by two counselling centers in Singapore supporting 1150 active cases. - Upgraded the CRM system and all dependencies from Rails 4.2 to 5.2. - Developed a progressive web app for GIC Sparks and Smiles program for recording and verification of volunteering hours. - Built a generalized form solution supporting multiple question and answer types for the Sparks application.
