Coordinate NEO Silicon Valley (Fremont, San Jose), NEO Japan, NEO Shenzhen cross-functional team resource for ICR transfer, new products development, qualification, ramp up and cost reduction. Lead ICR cross-functional team for maximize product life cycle and profitability, expedite response to customer complaints and requests, production supporting.
- Response SZ PM team-building, training, transfer and CPD process optimization. This team response all passive new products introduce from Shenzhen R&D and Silicon Valley to SZ production line. - PM experience: PSM (support), AAWG Shelf (support), POADM (support), Comixer (support), lead CR program include AWG, VMUX, Splitter…
- Response NPI team building; interview and training NPI engineer; NPI procedure setup and optimization. NPI team response new products introduce from SZ R&D and Silicon Valley to SZ production line; optimize process and ramp up capacity. - PM experience: Transfer AAWG, VMUX, ROADM, line setup and ramp up.
- Response SZ passive line ME and Technician team building, passive production line general management, capacity ramp up. - PM experience: Lead team set up SZ first passive production line. Transfer products AWG, Splitter and etc. products from Silicon Valley to SZ.
Response alignment new product spec with Brondi Italy team, and transfer require to local CM. Regular audit vendor. Support QE team verify sample.
