Responsible for all functional and technical support of Kronos ERP software including current live products (Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and HR/Payroll 7.0. Incident requests include creating/modifying access, accruals, cross punching, employee groups, primary labor accounts, pay codes, pay rules, work rules, percent allocation rules. Add Managers in Kronos and configure Manager Access and respond to emails and voicemails resolving Kronos issues. Handled Remedy tickets regarding anything on the Kronos cloud server. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using the Remedy Ticket system.
