Within my primary functions as analyst at IQVIA include: • Assistance with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems • Assistance in the development of proposals and client solutions • Performs quantitative or qualitative analyses in order to identify client issues and suggest commercial strategies for the development of client specific solutions. • Assistance in the design/structure and completion of presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience. • Development, and sometimes present, complete client deliverables within known/identified frameworks and methodologies. During in order to achieve these activities I have develop abilities from data science and analysis of the propietary IQVIA databases such as PMM, INTE, MIDAS, GSDT, Onco dynamics among others. Of main projects I have been involved include: market sizing, market landscape, epidemiological models, competitors analysis, benchmark of best practices for promotion at POS and to physicians, Sales Force Team sizing and deployment, targeting and segmentation of physicians.
As an orphan drug specialist, I was on constant contact with physicians, healthcare professionals & key opinion leaders to improve the lives of people affected by rare diseases. I've achieved this by visitation of the HCPs within the network of physicians that diagnose and/or treat patients suffering from rare diseases and by developing key contacts with hospital directors, hospital pharmacists, specialist nurses, biochemists and dieticians in these highly specialized disease areas. These rare disease within my work included: • Hyperammonemia due to NAGS deficiency and some organic acidemias • Porphyria • Homocystinuria • Cystinosis • Patent ductus arteriosus • Wilms tumor • Ewing sarcoma As a result of these variety of orphan diseases. I managed promotion of a six-product promotional grid but the product promotion and disease awareness were individualized according to the physician's specialty.
