* Head of HR of three different brands within the company of Çelik Motor and MOOV Digital. E-commerce / Digital brands: ikinciyeni.com and MOOV / Leasing company: Garenta / Kia Turkey. * Reporting directly to General Manager and managing full scope HR topics including talent and performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment, payroll processes and the administrative affairs. * Managing the HR related topics in the process of partnership of MOOV and Getir (Unicorn start up) * Responsible for setting the organizational and people strategy for the e-commerce / digital brands ikinciyeni.com and MOOV * Focusing on creating and maintaining an e-commerce/ digital mind-set within the company * Design and implement yearly HR strategy for MOOV, ikinciyeni.com, Garenta and Kia Turkey in accordance with the business strategy
* Provide general HR support, strategic advice and consultation to all levels of management and employees relating to employee development and training, employee relations, talent and succession management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, conflict resolution, career management, HR policies and procedures, employee engagement * Design and implement yearly HR strategy in accordance with the business strategy * Responsible from managing HR Digitalization projects * Designed and launched Çelik Motor Academy * Manage succession planning and talent management programs * Develop and implement training programs in alignment with company’s overall strategic direction * Manage compensation and benefit processes
