I’ve not always been a part of the tech world, but I’ve constantly wanted to try something exciting and different in my career. IT once captured my interest, and never let go since :) As a project manager, I learned to think in terms of complex tasks, systems, correlations and deadlines, so IT became a new challenge for me. Another source of inspiration is that by implementing digital solutions I can contribute to something bigger and change the world for the better. Even if it’s a small change. I’m a part of BlitzBrain as it meets my views about quality software development and teamwork. Here we specialize in open-source solutions, have 7 tech expertise, and make transparency & honesty a priority in relationships with a client. My job is to mediate and find solutions, keeping in mind the often conflicting interests of the client and the executor, creating win-win situations.
