- Managing and working on the full life cycle of recruiting for Egon Zehnder's Knowledge Centre Budapest office - Creating and executing a talent strategy for our diverse and internationally operating team - Finding creative approaches to engage with the talent pool, such as building relationships with top universities in the region - Supporting employer branding activities, such as job fairs and other marketing initiatives - Accompanying candidates through the process from interviewing to onboarding - Partnering with leaders within the organization to meet hiring needs - Identifying and partnering with external providers - Performing direct searches for open roles, being responsible for screening candidates, and resource management - Designing the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment resources and implementing best practices within the team

- Executive search project execution - Company and candidate analysis as well as knowledge management - Working closely with the firm's senior partners, supporting high-level recruitment projects from beginning to end - Primary areas of expertise include regional research for Austria (covering all industries such as Chemicals and Specialty Materials, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Industrial Products, Retail, Hospitality and Services, Shipping and Ports, etc.) and Chief Financial Officers in the DACH region
- Serving as elected mayor of the village, performing executive responsibilities by monitoring the activities of the administrators and various departments of the local government - Performing all administrative functions not imposed by law or ordinance on another officer or agency - Approving administrative rules and regulations for all departments, ensuring the efficient administration of all departments - Ensuring that terms and conditions favorable to the village in contracts and other instruments are faithfully kept and performed - Making recommendations to the council for measures the mayor deems to be expedient or necessary - Preparing and administering the annual budget and keeping the council and public advised of the village's financial condition and needs - Annually presenting a complete report of the finances and administrative activities of the local government for the prior fiscal year - Leading the council and serving as the spokesperson for the community
