I was responsible for supporting the Slovak and Slovenian markets by performing the following tasks: • Order management • Provide information on order status and delivery lead times • Advise on stock availability, prices, and product information • Process picking based on customer request • Invoicing • Analyse and follow-up the order portfolio • Communication with sales offices • Coordination with Logistics Provider • Manage customer claims • Monitor Customer Service KPI • Preparation of reports and presentations
For the past four summers, from June to August, I have been working in our family construction company, where I performed the following tasks: • Preparation of quotations • Keeping in touch with our partners • Performing administrative tasks • Performing billing tasks
In addition to my university studies, I was for four semesters an active member of the student organization, called Budapest Business Club, what is called the University Business Club - Corvinus today. Thanks to the student organization, I belonged to a talented university community, I was able to take part in professional trainings held by our corporate partners, and I was able to organize professional events with our corporate partners. I had the following tasks: • Organizing trainings for new members • Participation in organizational development • Leading a team responsible for finding new corporate partners • Developing the organization’s social media platforms
I had the following tasks: • Organization of corporate meetups and online professional events • Contacting new potential corporate partners • Keeping in touch with our key partners • Organizing a career choice forum for high school students
In both semesters, I helped the integration of an Erasmus student studying in Hungary by organizing community programs and presenting the sights of Budapest. The program provided an excellent opportunity to practice foreign languages and build international relationships.
