Before joining BCG, I served as a trial lawyer in the Office of the Prosecutor at the United Nations war crimes tribunal in The Hague.

Project lead for the Rural Financial Services (RFS) program, working with the Ministry of Agriculture, the central bank and Ethiopian financial institutions to address severe lack of access to financial services in Ethiopia's rural areas. Provided management coaching and strategy development across seven program teams (markets, extension, irrigation, seed, soil fertility, research, cooperatives) focused on addressing systemic issues in Ethiopia's agricultural sector.
