Technical leading of in-house & out-shore teams Responsible for leading Development Teams across global locations such as India, Brasil and Macedonia. Main tasks: Ownership of projects (Developments & code delivery). Interfacing with Business Units for requirements analysis, technical advise and budget estimations. Responsible for solution design and technical consultancy on CRM projects. Coaching and guidance of new developers, guaranteeing their quick ramp up on knowledge and performance. Coordination of development activities across out-shore and in-house teams. Close interfacing with EAI teams for solution integration between CRM and other system. Quality assurance of code solution delivery. Testing coordination, working closely with Testing Team. Responsible for commitment of solution delivery, complying with planned milestones and delivery dates. Main skills: Creation and configuration of products for Clarify CRM. Technical analysis and development of projects for Clarify CRM Framework. Integration of CRM with Middleware and Billing System using ClearBasic, Java EE and Web Services technologies. Technical consultancy and budget estimation for new projects. Enforcement of coding best practices and standards. Resources coordination on development related tasks (Task assignment, coaching, guidance, code quality assurance).
