Most leaders aren't confused about whether AI agents matter. They're stuck deciding what to do Monday morning. The hype is relentless, strategy decks pile up, and competitors quietly experiment while boardrooms debate. I close that gap... turning Agentic AI from a slide into a shipped prototype, from a trend into a P&L line. My edge sits at the intersection of vision and execution: spotting the shift early, then doing the unglamorous work of proving it in production. The book "AI Agents: They Act, You Orchestrate" and my keynotes have reached 5,000+ enterprise leaders across banking, tech, and government... audiences at KBC, Microsoft, HP, SAP, the EU, and NATO. At KBC's Innovation Lab, I've spent the last 11 years prototyping the day-after-tomorrow of banking, currently experimenting with functional agentic systems for next-generation financial services. As a venture architect, I co-founded Cake (€8M raised, 100,000 users in under two years) and engineered Setle's pivot to a B2B model that delivered 10x revenue growth and a path to Series A. If you're programming a keynote where the audience needs to leave with clarity, not buzzwords, I'd like to hear from you. Same if you're a leadership team trying to move from "AI Strategy" to live agents in production. Best fits are organizations ready to experiment in the next 90 days... not next planning cycle. Enterprise leaders are being asked to commit budget to AI Agents before the category has stabilized... and most can't tell which moves are reversible. I close that decision gap. * Authored "AI Agents — They Act, You Orchestrate," a practical guide to the shift from applications to agents; the book and accompanying keynotes have reached 5,000+ enterprise leaders across banking, tech, and government. * Delivered 50+ keynotes in the last 12 months to audiences at KBC, SAP, MICROSOFT, consistently rated for translating Agentic AI into Monday-morning decisions rather than abstract futures. * Advised 50+ leadership teams on Agent-Native operating models, helping them prioritize where to move first and - equally important - where not to move yet. The result: executives I work with stop debating whether AI Agents matter and start running concrete experiments with clear success criteria, usually within one quarter of engagement.
A retail bank can't wait for the Agentic AI category to mature before deciding how it reshapes financial services... but it also can't bet the core on unproven systems. My mandate is to compress that uncertainty into working prototypes. * Architect and ship functional prototypes of agentic systems inside the KBC Innovation Lab, validating hypotheses on autonomous operations and next-generation customer interaction before they reach production roadmaps. * Previously launched K'Ching from blank page to KBC's flagship youth banking platform, establishing the bank's direct relationship with a generation of customers it would otherwise have lost to neobanks. * Earlier, set KBC's ecosystems strategy, defining how the bank participates in platforms it doesn't own... work that shaped partnership decisions across the business. The result: KBC enters the Agent-First era with proof, not slides... a portfolio of validated prototypes and a decade of pattern recognition on which innovation bets actually compound inside a regulated bank.
My venture track, run alongside my enterprise roles; where corporate pattern recognition meets the discipline of building from zero. Founders rarely fail on the idea... they fail on the business model underneath it. XPLICIT is the foundry where I rebuild those models alongside the founders before the market punishes the original one. * Co-founded Cake (FinTech) and built the product from zero to one: a pioneering PSD2-based platform that raised €8M and reached 100,000 users in under two years. * Engineered Setle (PropTech)'s pivot to a bank-focused B2B model, driving a 20x lift in core metrics and 10x revenue growth, and securing its Series A trajectory. * Built IW (IT Services)' growth strategy and operating structure from the ground up, leading to acquisition by the Cronos Group. The result: three distinct exits or fundraising milestones across FinTech, PropTech, and IT services... a track record confirming that the business model is the leverage point, and that early architectural decisions decide whether a venture compounds or stalls.
A fifteen-year apprenticeship mastering the blueprints of the old world. I designed, managed, and transformed the global enterprise systems (for Microsoft, AB InBev, HP) that the Agent-First Era will now systematically challenge. You cannot architect the future without having first mastered the past.
