Instrumental in successfully implementing HP test tools in Sydney Trains. It helped the business to manage testing requirements based on business process needs and to ensure real-time visibility of requirements and associated defects to evaluate quality and business risk. Introduced software testing methodologies and framework in various business units in Sydney Trains. Transformation from ad-hoc to formalized testing, helping the business to evaluate software development and to check its capability and ability to deliver intended results. Successfully upgraded the Mincom Ellipse project, with the objective to provide complete visibility and management of assets. This required the management of 120 UAT testers from various application modules resulting in business compliance of software application. Stepped in to provide desk top support and release planning within an unfamiliar category, requiring quick upskilling to successfully manage role requirements, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting of business expectations.
