Having experience of MTR- UIF technology (Melt to Resin) Plant Installation/ Erection, Pre commissioning & Maintenance of running PET plant (Preventive and corrective Maintenance ). Knowledge of FTR (flakes to resin) recycling machines like Extruders twin screw type and ring multicrew type . Managing maintenance team of ten mechanical technicians’, delegating tasks associated with maintenance & ongoing capital construction projects. (Cooling tower +centrifugal pumps +gear pumps +vacuum pumps +chiller +HVAC+air compressors+ heaters +blowers +nitrogen compressors & welding jobs for piping SS or CS. Responsible for Spare part availability with knowledge of PM module (SAP). And for Preventive and corrective Maintenance Responsible for Mechanical departmental ISO audit
