A first year supply chain management under post graduation student at Lambton college Toronto and have completed my bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering.I have worked as a assistant design engineer, quality engineer ,invigilator and supervisor.
Provide high quality customer service to Transit clients on a daily basis. Responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle and safety of all passengers carried and respect for other users of the road. Responsible for the collection of fares and issuing of transfers, documents incidents and reports to Coordinators/Supervisor. Maintains and adheres to operational schedules and abides by Highway Traffic Act, Health and Safety Act, all other applicable legislation, City policies and procedures. Provides information to the public regarding transit routes. Fuels light vehicles utilized to transport operators to designated bus route location and/or garage as required. Performs other similar and related duties to this position, as assigned.
Unpack and sort a wide variety of incoming specimens received from sources including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and mobile LifeLabs technicians. • Confirm the accuracy of all patient information on requisitions and specimen samples, resolve any problems or inaccuracies prior to testing, and perform required data entry. • Prepare and sort specimens for technical analysis. • Train and orient new team members. • Perform weekly and monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment. • Conduct all work in full compliance with all laboratory safety and security policies and regulations.
• Coordinating and dispatching freight at pre-determined distribution centers. • Ensuring all routes are covered by facilitating change requests and ensuring coverage for late or absent delivery personnel • Assisting drivers with routing or delivery challenges and communicating changes to service requirements • Supporting operations management to implement programs and policies to bring efficiencies, support with billing clients, reduce costs and improve the customer service experience. • Generating and maintaining reports and other documents to monitor and track service delivery performance and on-time-delivery performance • Perform quality assessments for route completeness and compliance to ensure accuracy of documentation • Monitor daily delivery ‘board’ and follow up on performance results and responsibilities. • Handle returned products in an efficient and timely manner • Trace orders as required and notify appropriate stakeholders • Maintain good working relationship with service providers and internal stakeholders by responding to all inquiries and complaints. • Act as a liaison between the service providers, customer service, warehouse in the administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding changes, resolving service and operational issues. Escalating to Operations management requiring intervention or guidance
Work with the transportation team to achieve set Key Performance Indicators. • Create shipping orders and manage all documents to accompany shipment during transit. • High degree of organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Use Road Net software to route daily deliveries. Accountable for designing cubic floor plan for back of trailer (pallet positioning, optimizing cube/pallet height, efficient configuration of products/pallet in the trailer).
