As HubSpot India’s first Partner Development Manager, I’ve built and scaled an ecosystem of 20+ solution partners- SIs, marketing agencies, and resellers working directly with their CXOs to design GTM strategies, co-sell with sales teams, and accelerate tier progression in the Solutions Partner Program. My mandate has been clear: help partners win more business, retain more customers, and create alliances that fuel HubSpot’s growth in a fast-scaling market. The results: partner-sourced revenue up 200%, customer retention improved by 19.5 points, and multiple partners climbing tiers faster than ever. I’ve executed HubSpot India’s first co-marketing event with partner, and increased participation for co-marketing with India partners. On the partner sales front, I’ve consistently ranked #1 globally as a Core Partner Development Manager, booking 180%+ of quota quarter after quarter and achieving 270% of sourced MRR- proof that partner-led revenue is a growth engine when enabled the right way. At Fyle, I laid the foundations for its channel program, scaling ARR through 66 new partners, joint-sell motions, and demand-gen campaigns that lifted partner-driven revenue by 83%. What sets me apart is the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and influence across functions from marketing and product to sales, legal, and operations. A physicist turned SaaS partnerships leader, I combine analytical rigor with a bias for action.
