I don't enjoy talking about myself. So I won't. What matters is this: every intern, volunteer, or young leader who works alongside me should leave feeling more capable than when they arrived — not because of anything I did, but because I noticed what they already had inside them. My role at Humanitarian Affairs Asia isn't to be the smartest person in the room. It's to arrange the room so that every person — especially the quiet ones, the ones who doubt themselves, the ones no one has truly seen yet — has what they need to lead. If you work with me, you will never hear me say 'I achieved this.' You will hear me say 'Look what we built together.' That's not humility as performance. It's just how I'm wired.
