Jens Christian Jensen. Founding Partner Jens Chr. has 20 years of experience working as a Headhunter. He is the founding partner and works with recruitment in a wide range of industries. Prior to establishing Brinch & Partners in 2008, Jens Christian worked several years as Senior Consultant in another large nordic search and selection company. For more than 15 years he has worked as recruitment partner in a wide range of different industries, and has been recruiting managers and specialists for both large international corporations, as well as smaller companies - always based on the customer's strategy. Previously, he served in the Royal Guards as an officer in charge of selecting, training, planning and commanding units in both Denmark and on international missions, a role that provided a solid analytical foundation, strong project management capabilities and a unique insight into working with people. Furthermore, he is certified in a number of test systems, specializing in the SHL and PI tools. In general Jens Chr. work very broadly within recruitment and has a solid experience covering a variety of industries and functional levels.
