Prior to establishing Brinch & Partners in 2008, Jens Christian worked several years as Senior Consultant in another large nordic search and selection company. For more than 15 years he has worked as recruitment partner in a wide range of different industries, and has been recruiting managers and specialists for both large international corporations, as well as smaller companies - always based on the customer's strategy. Responsible for the training and management of up to 150 soldiers at a time. Two times send abroad as platoon commander and 2nd in command of a mechanized infantry company. Also working with recruitment of soldiers for the Danish International Brigade, including responsibility for training, exercises and assessments. This have been carried out for missions for Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan and Sudan.
Responsible for training, motivation and management of a platoon consisting of 30 drafted soldiers. Later responsible for coordination between army units and artillery including orders, fireplans and tactics.
