Led strategic efforts with statistically significant financial impact to the business and risk reduction to include the centralized customer authentication (SSO) and consent management for patients to achieve privacy compliance across twelve US states—each with a different interpretation of emerging state-level privacy compliance. Launched the Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP) and Bug Bounty Program leading to the award of $100K in bounties and the mitigation of 20 patient-impacting critical vulnerabilities—an uncommon success in healthcare.
