Strategic admin support: partner with the R&D Fabric Care VP and leadership team to drive operational excellence and support strategic initiatives. Event & Meeting Coordination: Orchestrate high-impact meetings, townhalls, symposia, and R&D innovation reviews with the Fabric Care CEO, ensuring high-level execution and stakeholder alignment. Logistic leader of the technical training program in R&D Brussels. Office Space Redesign: co-led end-to-end office space redesign for our department, managing stakeholder alignment, budget forecasting, and supplier coordination, resulting in improved team focus and productivity.
- Support Senior Management in day-to-day business activities - Logistic leader of the technical training program in R&D and quarterly off-site events for a technical community of nearly 150 ppl
- Engage with campus recruiters and European HR colleagues on a regular basis to streamline the selection process for international candidates. - Manage local and WE job requisitions - Develop and implement a training and onboarding program for R&D interns - Actively participate in local job fairs to promote the organization and attract potential candidates, effectively representing the company and its opportunities - Trainer and direct coach of a temp. employee and students - Collaborate with internal and external partners to create tailored advertising material for our available opportunities. - Successfully led the transition of administrative recruiting tasks from various innovation centers to a centralized organization, streamlining processes and improving overall efficiency.
