- Manage AR Wearable and VR packaging programs for Hero product, Accessories, Refurbished, Enterprise, and Warranty Replacement programs. - Interface with internal cross-functional teams from Artwork, Localization, User Research, Legal, Compliance, and Operation to deliver retail packages to mass production. - Lead a cross-functional team to develop packaging for VR hardware and accessories by leveraging internal resources, external China based packaging suppliers and contracted manufacturers. - Drive definition of packaging SKUs and Manual booklets for different market segments and distribution channels. - Coordinate user research on packaging through working with internal and external research agencies to gather data for OOBE. - Standardize Warranty Replacement package that saved 20 hours of engineering time and $40K is material and testing fee on annual basis. - Lead multiple programs to eliminate plastic waste on packaging and hardware components that saved over 10,000 lbs of plastics and over $500K of cost saving due to better efficiency.
