Responsible for establishing start-up HR systems and processes
• Responsible for establishing start-up HR systems and processes for WQ. • Managing compensation and benefits, Talent management, Recruitment, and Administrative teams. • Responsible for HR projects such as Recruitment and Talent Management, Onboarding, Performance Management, Budgeting, Legal Compliance, Training, Grading, etc. • Developing and implementing strategic people plans in alignment with business goals. • Establishing a performance management and review process that includes values-based feedback. • Developing HR projects for employee engagement and other related HR projects based on eNPS
• 8 direct reports – 1000 Tech people • Working directly with Expat CTO • Managing HRBP and talent acquisition team. • Supported and developed organizational development projects such as lean title, career paths, succession planning, talent management, performance management, promotions, etc. • Working with Internal communications and training teams to spread knowledge • Developing HR projects such as Tech-in Motion, A developer anatomy, HR Forms automation with RPA, • Employee relations and stakeholder management: Managing stakeholder engagement and expectations. • Manage talent projects such as boot camps, university collaborations, young talent programs, etc. • Re-designing the hiring process.
