As a Principal Product Manager in Zalando’s Digital Logistics domain, I shape the vision and strategy for merchant-facing platforms that optimise inventory management, demand forecasting, and data-driven replenishment at scale. As a Principal Product Manager in Ocado’s global Logistics & Delivery organisation, I shaped long-term strategy and drove innovation across routing, home delivery, click & collect, third-party logistics and international market expansion. I led the governance of the 3-year plan, reassessing assumptions, prioritising high-leverage opportunities and ensuring alignment with company objectives. I partnered closely with the CPO, CEO and senior leadership through quarterly Business Reviews, using data-driven insights to influence investment decisions and support budget requests that accelerated execution and improved go-to-market impact. I worked with Product, Engineering, UX and Data to define and validate early-stage initiatives, turning complex logistics challenges into clear product directions before transitioning them to delivery teams for large-scale implementation. I strengthened product operations by refining intake, prioritisation and transparency processes, and by introducing new ways of working that improved collaboration across global teams. I also facilitated ideation programmes that helped surface and shape innovative concepts with measurable business value. As a Logistics & Delivery subject matter expert, I supported commercial teams in signing new deals, entering new markets and identifying customer problems that translated into strategic product opportunities. I built strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicated effectively with senior and C-level leaders across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. From February to June 2023, I additionally served as Acting Head of Product, jointly overseeing a 150-person organisation across Product, UX, Data and Engineering, guiding mid- and long-term product direction and ensuring alignment with the wider company strategy.
