I am specialized in large-scale recruitment operations, capacity management, and process automation. I design and lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from sourcing strategy to delivery. - Create resourcing proposals for complex and critical campaigns - Develop and execute recruitment campaigns, including sourcing plans, promotion/advertising, social media, application processing, selection/testing, and rate negotiation. - Communicate effectively with project teams and key stakeholders. - Perform detailed analysis to anticipate and meet current and future demands. - Build and own automated processes to streamline internal workflows. - Coordinate automation priorities and discovery to optimize efficiency across recruitment operations. - Support the Talent team by distributing tasks, organizing capacity, and training members on new processes.
