- Certified PMP®, active member of PMI; - +24 years of total experience (out of which +16 years on management position as Project Control Manager) in charge of medium-large teams, approved by Clients like NCOC, TCO, KPO, ArmWind, ENI Congo, Worley, Agip Caspian Sea - Experience in claims (no claim rejected by Client in 10 years) for a total of +1 billion EUR; - Experience in maximizing the project revenues and cash-flow: average of additional +20% revenues obtained extra to the negotiated contract (variation orders); - Proven skills in Contract administration and negotiation with Client: escalation of prices obtained for lump sum contracts (15% in 4 years contract duration) Able to communicate on advanced level in: English, French, Italian, Romanian and on beginner level in German and Russian.
